Adult Ministries
Everyone is busy. It's one of the few things that almost all of us have in common.
Well, that and how we feel about the traffic on 380.
At Grace Chapel, we endeavor to provide classes and events where you can deepen your faith, but above all, we strive to create ministries that bring balance, sabbath, and renewal to your hectic life. No matter where you are in your life stage, how many kids you have, or how early you have to leave your house to beat the traffic on your commute, you will find people here who can relate and can be your family. You are not alone.

Women's Study Group
Thursdays at 7:30pm
Join this group of women as we explore scripture and theology.
Over the next several weeks, we will be focusing on a particular scripture passage each week. As fall schedules get hectic, this removes the stress of following a lengthy book study. Join us each week for a new conversation.Email Kim with questions or to be added to communications for this group.

Intro to Methodism
Sundays | September 7-28 | 9:30-10:30am
Led by Pastor Kim Eiffert
Curious about the history, traditions, and beliefs of the United Methodist Church? Join us for this 4-week introduction as we explore what makes Methodism unique within the broader Christian family and take time to answer your questions.
The class meets on Sunday mornings, so you can attend and still make it to the 10:45am worship service. Childcare is provided for babies through PreK all morning. If you have school-aged children and need care to participate, let us know when you register and we’ll gladly make arrangements.

Saving Grace

Led by Tim McAdoo and Pastor Joshua Manning
Saving Grace is a practical, faith-based program designed to help people develop healthy relationships with money and possessions. Over six sessions, participants will explore topics such as saving, earning, giving, spending, and managing debt, along with strategies for building a sustainable financial future.
Similar to the Financial Peace program but rooted in Wesleyan values, this study provides spiritual and practical tools to address life’s financial concerns and help you reach your personal goals.
Childcare is available upon request.

Grace Chapel & Grace Avenue Fall Women’s Retreat: Unfiltered
Saturday, September 20 - Saturday, September 21
Tanglewood Resort on Lake Texoma
Cost starts at $195 | Register by Monday, September 8
There’s something sacred about stepping away from the schedule, the expectations, and the noise. In that space, something shifts. We breathe a little deeper. We laugh more freely. We remember who we are. This fall, you’re invited to join a group of remarkable women for a weekend retreat at Lake Texoma. The theme is Unfiltered, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. No pretense. No polish. Just space to show up fully and honestly yourself. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll worship together, reflect deeply, and carve out moments of rest and renewal. There will be conversations that make us laugh until we cry, and maybe a few that do the reverse. But above all, there will be holy space to hear the voice of God calling us beloved. Whether you’re running on empty, celebrating something new, or somewhere in between, there’s a place for you here. Bring your whole story. Wear the cozy clothes. Don’t worry about the makeup bag. We’re going UNFILTERED.

Small Groups at Grace Chapel
Small groups at Grace Chapel are one of the ways in which we live-out our values of celebrating difference, embracing change, and especially belonging to one another. Through small groups we connect deeply. We share our fears and burdens. We share our joys and celebrations. We grow in our faith. We find encouragement, support and authentic community. There are no prior requirements to join a small group. You simply need a desire to deepen your relationship with God and God’s people.
Small groups are formed periodically or we can find an existing group for you if you are interested.
